Refund Policy

We want your experience with MYTRA to feel simple, clear, and fair. Please review the return and refund guidelines below before submitting a request.

30-Day Return Policy for Unopened Products

We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, undamaged, and sealed.
  • All original packaging, labels, inserts, boxes, and protective materials must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used MYTRA products cannot be physically returned.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Opened Products

We want you to feel confident trying MYTRA. If you opened and used your product but are not satisfied, you may be eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must have used the product consistently as directed.
  • This guarantee applies only to your first order.
  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per household.
  • We may ask for brief feedback about your experience so we can improve our products and service.

Free Gifts, Bundles, and Promotional Offers

Free gifts, bonus items, promotional products, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order included a free promotional item as part of an offer, such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or another bundle promotion, the free item has no cash value and cannot be refunded separately.

If you return a paid item that qualified you for a free gift or promotional item, the free item may also need to be returned unopened and unused. If it is not returned, the value of the free item may be deducted from your refund.

Limited-time post-purchase offers and deeply discounted add-ons are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are paid to our shipping and fulfillment partners and cover logistics, handling, and transportation. Because of this, we are unable to refund shipping charges, even if an order is returned or cancelled after shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Post-purchase discounted offers
  • Products not in their original sealed packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
