Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from MYTRA, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.
Frequency & Amount
You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied to your subscription.
Your billing frequency and subscription details will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a MYTRA product, you authorize recurring charges on your selected payment method.
Charges will continue automatically unless and until you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Optional Monthly Refill Service
Adding a monthly refill subscription is optional. You may choose a one-time purchase instead where available.
Subscription options can be reviewed before checkout, and you will see the billing frequency and price before placing your order.
Subscription Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.
This confirmation may include details about your refill schedule, upcoming billing dates, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by:
- Clicking the cancellation or manage subscription link in your confirmation email.
- Using the manage subscription portal, if available.
- Contacting us directly for assistance.
For faster support, please include your full name and order number when contacting us.
Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If your subscription renews before your cancellation request is completed, the newly created order may still be processed.
Renewals and New Orders
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.
Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled because it may be immediately prepared for processing and shipment.
All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
Transparency and Control
We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.
You are responsible for managing your subscription before renewal dates, including cancellations, address updates, payment updates, or changes to your refill schedule.
