Cancel or Change Your Order
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
Order Changes
If you need to change your order details, such as your shipping address or selected items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. To ensure faster shipping and prompt delivery, our fulfillment process may begin shortly after checkout.
This means your order may be quickly prepared and forwarded to our shipping partners, which limits our ability to stop or cancel the shipment.
After Your Order Has Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Once delivered, you may still be able to request a return according to our Refund Policy, as long as your order meets the eligibility requirements.
Important Timing
- Order change requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders that have already entered processing may not be eligible for changes.
- Orders that have shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
